Make yourself at home in our Village Break holiday cottages where tranquil comfort is waiting for you. These two, three and four bedroom units provide the perfect beach accommodation for families or groups of friends. There’s plenty of space to relax, eat and socialise, as every self-catering cottage has its own garden with outdoor seating and braai facilities.
Is your family holiday not complete without a pool? For a refreshing dip on hot summer days request one of our cottages with a private swimming pool, surrounded by a grassy lawn and indigenous plants.
Our Village Break accommodation is spread across the Cape St Francis Resort with the famous dunes of Seal Point only an amble away. You’ll also find Joe Fish Restaurant and Pub, Hibiscus Beauty Spa and our reception area and convenience store nearby.
Stylish Self-Catering Family Accommodation
Each beach cottage features a full kitchen with a stove, fridge, kettle and toaster, so you’ve got everything you need to whip up a sizzling breakfast or dinner for the family. You can eat in relaxed comfort, thanks to large dinging areas that flow freely into indoor and outdoor living spaces. Scattered with cushy couches, our Village Break lounges are the perfect spot to catch up on sport or enjoy a family movie night. The bedrooms offer a combination of queen beds, double beds and single beds to suit family needs and to further ensure a relaxed holiday you can arrange for your cottage to be serviced by our housekeeping staff.
With most of the cottages having enclosed gardens, your outdoor relaxation is also catered to. All cottages have a braai (barbecue) area off the deck leading into the lounge / dining room.
Secure parking is provided on your doorstep and our housekeeping staff offering daily cleaning.

Spacious Stunners - Superior and Standard Four Bedroom Cottages
Our superior beach accommodation units feature two airy downstairs bedrooms with generous ensuite bathrooms, both furnished with showers and baths. There’s also a separate downstairs bathroom. Upstairs, are another two deluxe ensuite bedrooms with large walk-in showers.
The standard cottages are equally ample with two bedrooms downstairs. One is ensuite and there’s also a full stand-alone bathroom. Upstairs the sunny rooms spread out to include private bathrooms with showers.
Sunrise and Sunsets – Your Deluxe Home Away From Home
These two gems are located close to the sparkling waves of Seal Point Beach and provide everything you need for a care-free sea-side holiday. Each exquisite unit has a lock-up garage, large private garden, swimming pool and sunny decks. Contemporary kitchens, cosy fire places and open-plan lounge, dining and bar areas complete their communal living spaces.
Sunsets has one bedroom downstairs and three upstairs, all with their own balconies and ensuite bathrooms.
Sunrise offers a light and airy downstairs bedroom with another two double rooms upstairs, each equipped with generous ensuite bathrooms.
Roomy Roosts - Three Bedroom Cottages
Balconies lead off the upstairs bedrooms of these sunny holiday units. From this elevated perch you get calming garden views and a quiet spot to linger over your morning coffee. Each first floor room is ensuite with plenty of storage space. Downstairs you’ll find a third large bedroom and separate bathroom.
The Inbetweener - Two Bedroom Cottage with Loft
This cheery holiday cottage sleeps four in two comfortable bedrooms. One room is ensuite and the other serviced by a separate full bathroom. You’ve also got the option of booking the loft. Located directly above the cottage, this light studio apartment has a private entrance and its own bathroom facilities and kitchenette.
